Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel

I think that for the price, everything seemed fine overall. I only have a few suggestions. One would be to prohibit tobacco or marijuana use inside the building, since the smells filter into the rooms and make the space uncomfortable for people who are sensitive to strong odors. Breakfast was good, but I think there could be more options, such as oatmeal, milk etc and today the grits were a bit undercooked. Also when I went to the gym and wanted to get water, the water dispenser was not working. I believe these are details that can be improved. Other than that, I would stay here again on my next trip, and I would give it 5 stars if these issues are addressed in the future I wish the best for this hotel, and I do recommend it if you’re just passing through.

Just had a great one night stay at the Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark hotel! Front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival, and R. Khan very helpful when we were checking out! Room was very clean and comfortable, and gym was good also!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spotless, everything felt fresh and well taken care of. You can tell the staff really take pride in keeping the place clean. Made the whole experience super comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Would've rated this 5 stars if not for the $10 room change fee that was charged but never communicated to me. I got this room for about $70 and for that price, it was pretty decent. I just needed a quiet place to sleep for the night. Location was good and I was glad that one side of the building was completely facing away from the highway. Parking here was also free. I reserved this place on Booking.com and specifically put in a request to get a room facing away from the highway. The first room I got faced the highway. I had my room changed and when I tried to enter the new room, the key card wouldn't work. Not knowing if it was a keycard issue or dead battery in the lock, I went up and down the elevator around 6 times before the receptionist finally came up with a tool to unlock the door from the outside and replaced the batteries. I'm still glad I got the new room because it was way quieter. The room itself was fine. No bugs or smell of smoke. Fairly spacious and clean. As others mentioned, there was the issue of the sink faucent being too close to the edge. I'm mostly frustrated with the hidden cost of $10 for changing the room that was never communicated to me.

Great customer service. Housekeeping amazing. Long term front desk staff are very caring and go above and beyond for customers. I requested first floor and received with no hesitation. Friendly. Timely service. Highly recommend.

We booked last minute and arrived around midnight. The front desk was very nice and got us in our room quickly. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. The bathroom was stocked and clean. Breakfast was great! Hot and fresh bacon, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, bread goods, fruit, yogurt, etc. definitely a great stay.

Luly was absolutely fantastic, and my wife and I truly loved her warm and friendly personality. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Iskra was also incredibly kind and did an amazing job keeping our room spotless. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Overall, both ladies made our experience wonderful, and we deeply appreciate their excellent service.

Room had a rather large gap between the top of the door and the frame. I actually thought I didnt get the door closed all the way. That being said, the room was nice and seemed very clean. Bed was insanely comfortable and the breakfast was great.
